Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms for longer runs up CA-99 toward Merced or east on CA-180 toward Kings Canyon. Amenities vary by vehicle, so compare options through the quick online quote tool or call 559-820-1440.

One Quick Search, Every Fresno Party Bus Option
Fresno is a genuinely spread-out city — getting from the Tower District on Olive Avenue to the CSU Fresno campus off Cedar Avenue, or from downtown Chukchansi Park to a hotel near River Park on the north end, can take 20 minutes on a clear afternoon and twice that on a Friday evening when Blackstone Avenue or Shaw Avenue backs up. Coordinating a carpool across a group of 20 always means someone misses the turn, someone gets stuck at a red on Herndon, and someone ends up paying for the last parking spot half a mile from the venue.
Visaliapartybuscompany.com is a comparison platform, so you are not locked into a single company or a single vehicle type. You compare options side by side, check amenities, weigh pricing, and choose what fits your group and budget. Whether you are looking to rent a party bus for a big quinceañera crew or need a minibus for a corporate hotel-to-venue run, there is a large pool of available vehicles serving the greater Fresno area to compare.

Group Transportation Services for Every Fresno Event
From airport transfers and wedding shuttles, to bachelorette parties, prom, sporting events, concerts, corporate shuttles, and school field trips — whatever brings your group together in Fresno, there is a bus ready for it. Call 559-820-1440 to get your group moving today!

Fresno Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) (5175 E Clinton Way, Fresno, CA 93727) is a compact single-terminal airport handling routes to and from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Denver, and Phoenix. When a large group arrives together — out-of-town guests flying in for a Clovis wedding, a team attending a Valley corporate conference, fans making the trip for Fresno State's biggest home game — trying to coordinate separate rideshares from one arrivals curb becomes a 20-plus-minute ordeal at peak travel times. Commercial vehicle pickup at FAT is curbside on the Arrivals level, directly outside baggage claim.
Have the full group assembled with all luggage before pickup, so the bus can pull to the curb once and load clean without circling.
For a full breakdown of group arrival and departure logistics at FAT, the bus-to-FAT guide covers pickup coordination and staging in detail. For departures, a bus can drop the full group curbside at the Departures level so nobody hauls bags across a parking structure. Call 559-820-1440 to set up your Fresno airport shuttle today!

Fresno Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Tower District is the natural anchor for any Fresno bachelorette night — bars, restaurants, and live music venues cluster around Olive Avenue and the blocks adjacent to Tower Theatre, all within walking distance of each other when the group isn't crossing town. Parking in the Tower District on a Saturday night is a contested resource, and rideshare pickups at midnight on a busy weekend can stretch to a 15-20 minute wait well after everyone's ready to go.
A Fresno bachelorette party bus keeps the whole crew together between every stop, with a full bar setup, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound on board — so the energy doesn't break when the group moves. A 20-30 passenger party bus fits most bachelorette groups and handles the Tower District loop, a stop at Club One Casino in downtown Fresno, or a late-night extension wherever the night takes you. No one is stuck on driving duty, and everyone goes home together when the last stop wraps up.

Fresno Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
The Central Valley has a deep tradition of quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations, and a party bus arrival at the reception venue is one of the most memorable entrances the guest of honor can make. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are available to compare, and you can request specific exterior colors — white, black, or silver — to coordinate with your event's theme and color scheme.
Whether the celebration heads to a banquet hall in northeast Fresno, a reception venue in Clovis, or an outdoor event space in the Sanger area east of the city, the bus keeps your whole guest group together from pickup to venue arrival and back — no one is circling a surface lot or showing up 20 minutes late. For adult milestone birthdays building a night through the Tower District or a run to a casino, a 25-passenger party bus gives the crew a full bar, LED lighting, and a vehicle that lands at every stop together. Use the online quote tool to check availability in seconds, or call 559-820-1440!

Fresno Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Save Mart Center (5198 N Barton Ave, Fresno, CA 93740) is the Central Valley's main large-format concert venue, seating roughly 15,500 and hosting touring acts throughout the year. On show nights, campus surface lots off Cedar Avenue fill well before the opening act, and the Cedar/Barstow intersection backs up for 30-45 minutes after the final encore. Tower Theatre (815 E Olive Ave, Fresno, CA 93728) handles mid-size shows in an intimate 1,299-seat 1939 Art Deco building in the Tower District — street parking on Olive Avenue is first-come, first-served, and it disappears fast on sold-out nights.
A Fresno concert bus rental handles both situations cleanly — the bus drops your group at the venue entrance, stages off-site while you're inside, and returns at your pre-arranged pickup window so everyone boards together instead of hunting for a rideshare in the post-show surge. Party buses come with LED lighting and Bluetooth sound for the pregame. For Save Mart Center group logistics and current parking details, the Save Mart Center group guide is worth reviewing before your date.

Fresno Corporate Event Transportation
Fresno's business district stretches from the downtown core — the courthouse corridor, the Bitwise tech campus, and the Fulton Street area — out to office parks along Herndon Avenue and the River Park corridor on the north end. Getting a team from a hotel near Fashion Fair Mall to the Fresno Convention Center (848 M St, Fresno, CA 93721) in the historic downtown can mean 25-plus minutes on Shaw Avenue or Blackstone, and that window extends significantly on event days when the Convention Center has a large show drawing extra downtown traffic.
A chartered Fresno corporate event shuttle keeps your group on one coordinated timeline — hotel pickups, venue drop-off, and return runs all arranged in advance so nothing depends on rideshare app availability or individual parking luck. Minibuses in the 15-35 passenger range work well for most corporate crews, with WiFi, USB charging, and reclining seats for a productive ride. For larger all-hands moves or multi-hotel pickup runs, a full charter bus consolidates the whole team in a single departure.
Call 559-820-1440 to discuss Fresno corporate shuttle rates and scheduling!

Fresno Private Event Transportation Services
The Big Fresno Fair draws hundreds of thousands of visitors to the Fresno County Fairgrounds (1121 S Chance Ave, Fresno, CA 93702) every October across a two-week run with grandstand concerts, livestock exhibitions, and carnival midway action. The Chance Avenue approaches and surrounding surface lots get congested quickly on weekend afternoons and on concert nights when the grandstand sells out. A Fresno private event charter bus drops your group at the main fairgrounds entrance and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged meeting point — no parking gamble, no long walk from an overflow area half a mile out.
For family reunions building a full-day Fresno itinerary — Chaffee Zoo in Roeding Park in the morning, lunch in the Tower District, an afternoon at Woodward Park — one bus keeps the entire group on the same schedule without juggling separate vehicles across a city where even parallel streets can add 10-15 minutes to an estimated drive. The Fresno State Vintage Days festival each spring and Hmong New Year celebrations in late fall are two other high-demand periods when booking group transportation early makes a real difference. Call 559-820-1440 to plan your Fresno private event shuttle!

Fresno Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across Fresno — covering Fresno Unified, Clovis Unified, and the surrounding school districts — runs from mid-April through May, with dozens of schools scheduling their events within the same compressed 6-week window. Bus availability gets thin fast, and pricing reflects the demand spike. A typical 6-hour Fresno prom bus rental covering home pickups, a photo stop at a location like Woodward Park, venue drop-off, and an after-party return runs considerably less when booked 4-6 months in advance than when the call comes in three weeks before prom night.
For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher pricing.
Homecoming transportation for Fresno State Bulldogs football follows a similar pattern — demand for group transportation to Valley Children's Stadium spikes on rivalry game weekends and alumni events. Visaliapartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare bus sizes and amenities side by side so the parent group can plan early and check transportation off the planning list entirely. Compare options now and get your quote before the window closes!

Fresno School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones will find the quote process on Visaliapartybuscompany.com quick and simple — one form covers your group size, date, and destination, and calling 559-820-1440 can help you work through pickup logistics. Chaffee Zoo (894 W Belmont Ave, Fresno, CA 93728) in Roeding Park is a perennial field trip destination with a designated bus drop-off area and staff experienced in managing group arrivals throughout the school year. Forestiere Underground Gardens (5021 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93722) — a remarkable network of hand-carved underground rooms and gardens built over four decades by Baldassare Forestiere — is a genuinely distinctive destination for history, art, and California culture classes.
Charter buses available offer climate control, overhead storage bins, and TV screens on board — a meaningful upgrade in Fresno's summer heat when the Valley hits triple digits on field trip days. Onboard restrooms are available on select vehicles for longer runs. ADA-accessible vehicles are available too; just mention it when you request your quote.
Call 559-820-1440 to get your Fresno school field trip bus sorted!

Fresno Sporting Event Transportation
Fresno State game day at Valley Children's Stadium means 30,000-plus fans converging on the CSU Fresno campus, with Cedar Avenue and Barstow Avenue both backing up in the hour before kickoff. Campus surface lots fill early on rivalry weekends and alumni game days — and post-game rideshare waits can stretch 20-30 minutes at a designated pickup area that is still several rows of cars away from the stadium gate.
A Fresno sports bus rental handles the full group in one coordinated run: one arrival, one departure, no splitting into multiple cars across a jammed parking structure. For Fresno Grizzlies games at Chukchansi Park (1800 Tulare St, Fresno, CA 93721) in downtown Fresno, street parking along Tulare and the surrounding blocks fills fast on Friday and Saturday night games, especially on giveaway or fireworks nights. The bus drops your crew curbside on Tulare Street and returns after the final out — no scramble, no post-game rideshare queue.
Fan groups who want the full on-the-road pregame experience can ask about party buses with a built-in bar, because the energy starts before the first pitch. Call 559-820-1440 to set up game-day transportation!

Fresno Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Fresno wedding often means your hotel block is on one side of town and your venue is on the other — guests staying near River Park on the north end heading to a reception in Clovis, or out-of-town guests who flew into FAT and have no idea which road connects to which part of the city. A Fresno wedding shuttle bus handles all of it: clean pickup loops, a confirmed timeline, and one point of contact from the first quote to the final drop-off run of the evening.
Copper River Country Club in Clovis and Fig Garden Golf Club on the west side of Fresno are two popular reception venues where guest parking on peak Saturday nights is tighter than it looks once the main lot fills. A shuttle cuts out the parking hassle entirely for your guests — they step off the bus at the venue entrance without hunting for a space. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a popular pick for the wedding party's vehicle on the ceremony day itself.
Comparing your options up front keeps your wedding timeline tight with clear departure windows. Call 559-820-1440 to put your Fresno wedding transportation plan together!

Fresno Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Fresno sits right at the gateway to Central Valley wine country — the Madera Wine Trail runs about 30 miles northwest of the city through Madera County, with a stretch of family-owned tasting rooms open on weekend afternoons. A Fresno winery tour bus keeps the whole group together from the first pour to the last without anyone on driving duty, and no convoy of separate cars winding back down rural roads after an afternoon of tasting.
Closer to the city, the Tower District's craft beer scene along Olive Avenue makes a natural pub crawl loop — local taprooms and bars within walking distance of each other, with a minibus dropping the group at each stop and staging nearby while everyone is inside. Whether the plan is a full Madera County day trip or a Tower District Saturday night crawl, compare your options through the site and get a quote in seconds. Call 559-820-1440 to build a custom Fresno winery or pub crawl itinerary that runs on your group's schedule!

How much does a party bus cost in Fresno?

To give you a general idea: small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $175–$350/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $220–$380/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $250–$430/hour; and full-size charter buses run $130–$275/hour or roughly $1,000–$2,200/day. When should I book a prom bus in Fresno?
Book as early as January if your prom is in April or May. Fresno Unified, Clovis Unified, and the surrounding school districts all schedule proms within the same 6-week window, which means every available bus in the area gets claimed at roughly the same time. Waiting until March or April typically means limited vehicle availability or significantly higher pricing.
Call to get started as soon as your school confirms prom night — the difference in price between an early book and a last-minute scramble is real.
Where do charter buses park at Save Mart Center?
Save Mart Center sits on the CSU Fresno campus at 5198 N Barton Ave. On event nights, parking across the campus surface lots is managed by venue staff, and oversized vehicles are typically directed to designated staging areas separate from standard guest parking. Check the official Save Mart Center website before your event for current lot assignments, entrance guidance, and any road closures affecting the Cedar Avenue and Barstow Avenue approaches.
Can a charter bus drop off at Chukchansi Park?
Yes. Chukchansi Park is located at 1800 Tulare St in downtown Fresno. Buses can drop passengers curbside on Tulare Street outside the main entrance, then stage in a nearby area while the game is in progress.
Downtown street parking around the ballpark fills quickly on Friday and Saturday night games, so a bus arrival means your group walks straight to the gate while cars are still circling for spots. Check the official Fresno Grizzlies directions page for current parking and drop-off information before game day.
Popular Fresno Party Bus Destinations
A Fresno party bus itinerary can cover a remarkable range of venues across the Central Valley. From downtown ballparks and campus arenas to historic theaters and open parkland, the list of popular group destinations in Fresno gives you plenty of starting points for planning your next outing.

Save Mart Center
Save Mart Center (5198 N Barton Ave, Fresno, CA 93740) is the Central Valley's largest indoor entertainment arena, seating roughly 15,500 for concerts, Fresno State basketball, and hockey. On event nights, the campus surface lots along Cedar Avenue fill well before showtime, and the Cedar/Barstow intersection backs up badly after every major show as thousands of cars try to exit the campus at once. A charter bus drops your group at the main entrance, stages off-site during the event, and returns at your pre-arranged pickup window — so you board while everyone else is still gridlocked in the exit queue.

Chukchansi Park
Chukchansi Park (1800 Tulare St, Fresno, CA 93721) is home to the Fresno Grizzlies in the heart of downtown Fresno, steps from the Bitwise tech campus and the revitalized Fulton Street corridor. Street parking around the ballpark fills fast on Friday and Saturday night games — the blocks along Tulare and Inyo are claimed by first pitch on sellout dates, and fans arriving late are left hunting several blocks out. A bus drops your group curbside on Tulare Street right outside the main entrance and returns for pickup after the final out.
Check the official Grizzlies directions page for parking guidance before game day.

Valley Children's Stadium
Valley Children's Stadium at Fresno State holds more than 40,000 fans for Bulldogs football and stands as one of the largest event venues in the entire Central Valley. On rivalry game weekends and major alumni matchups, every campus lot fills by midmorning, and the CA-168 and Cedar Avenue approaches back up significantly in the two hours before kickoff. A group bus coordinates a single arrival and departure for your whole crew — no scattered car convoys, no one circling for the last spot in a distant overflow lot.

Street parking along Olive Avenue and the surrounding Tower District blocks is limited to a handful of meters and residential spots that disappear fast on sold-out nights.
